For orders of over NPR 10,000, we require payment of 20% before shipping and remaining 80% to be paid during delivery period. After Tuku Tuku confirms prepayment, we will make effective arrangements in all the respected orders.
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Esewa, PhonePay and International Remit.
When will my order be delivered?
For simple products we usually deliver within 5-7 working days in Nepal. If you order in bulk or multiple items, we will inform you the delivery time and it depends on available stock, order processing hours and particular subject.
Are there any additional Shipping Charges for Domestic & International Order?
Minimum amount is incurred for domestic order.
NPR 100 inside Kathmandu valley (Per kg)
NPR 200-Rs 300 outside Kathmandu valley (Per Kg)
For International Shipping, charges are extra and it depends on your order Qty, Subject, Country, Weight & Volume. (We will inform you shipping charges through mail as per your enquiry.)
Alteration/Return and Exchange Policy
Handmade products are not always 100% accurate. We are custom made and most of our designs are made per order. Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
For alteration of custom products, it will be free of charge within 3 working days on the received date.
Cancellation & Refunds:
If your payment/prepayment method has been successfully charged, the order can no longer be canceled. Our support team will not be able to cancel it for you.
