At Tuku Tuku Nepal, each piece is handmade and made-to-order with great care and attention to detail.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, as every item is crafted especially for you.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to review and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or store credit (depending on the case).
