We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, as every item is crafted especially for you.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to review and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or store credit (depending on the case).
